Madison Folstad, LCSW-A

I’m Madi Folstad, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA) dedicated to supporting adults as they navigate relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and major life transitions. My therapeutic style is warm, empathetic, and collaborative, creating a safe space where you can feel heard and understood.

Together, we’ll work to build practical coping skills, strengthen emotional regulation, and explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. My goal is to empower you to move through your challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and balance—so you can live a life that feels more grounded, connected, and authentic.

Seanna Gamble, LCSW

I'm Seanna Gamble, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), a dedicated mental health professional committed to supporting adolescents and adults as they heal from past traumatic experiences. My work focuses on individuals who have survived domestic and sexual abuse, as well as those navigating anxiety, low self-esteem, and the lasting impact of adversity.

Grounded in an empowering and empathetic therapeutic style, I use a strength-based approach that honors each person’s resilience and capacity for change. I strive to create a safe, affirming space where clients feel heard, valued, and supported in prioritizing their own needs. Together, we work toward building emotional well-being, fostering self-compassion, and developing tools for a more grounded and fulfilling life.

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending time with my family, animals and being in nature.

Ashley Dunlap, LCSW-A

Hello, I’m Ashley, LSCWA and I’m passionate about creating a therapy space where people feel safe, understood, and supported as they navigate the hardest parts of their lives. I specialize in trauma and complex trauma recovery, attachment-focused therapy, DBT for emotion regulation, and helping individuals and couples rebuild communication, trust, and connection. I also provide neurodivergent-affirming care and support clients working through anxiety, relationship patterns, and the impact of difficult family systems.

My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative. I believe that healing grows in the presence of compassion and curiosity—and that every client deserves a space where their story is honored without judgment. Together, we work toward clarity, confidence, and meaningful change that supports your long-term wellbeing.

Outside of the therapy room, I’m someone who values joy, movement, and community. I love reading, mountain biking, and spending quality time with my family and friends. Whether it’s hosting a cozy dinner, getting outdoors, or finding a quiet moment with a good book, these are the experiences that keep me grounded and inspired.

I specialize in life transitions, relationship conflicts, and stress, using cognitive behavioral therapy and a person-centered approach to support clients in rediscovering their sense of grounding and self-trust.

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy ballroom dancing and hosting friends and family.

LeeAnne Thompson-Forte, LCSW, LISW-CP, LCAS, CCS

Hi there, I’m LeeAnne! I am the founder of Anchored Counseling & Consultation, and your everyday chaos coordinator.

I’m a licensed clinical social worker, licensed clinical addictions specialist, and certified clinical supervisor who believes healing starts with feeling safe, seen, and understood—and maybe a little less like you're just surviving your own brain. I specialize in trauma, vicarious trauma, secondary traumatic stress, and burnout, using a trauma‑informed and person‑centered approach alongside CBT, DBT, EMDR, and somatic practices to help clients reconnect with their grounding and rebuild self‑trust.

Outside of the therapy room, I can be found spending time with my family, reading, fighting for my life (and breath) at the gym, introverting, and watching stand‑up comedy—because therapists need nervous‑system regulation too.
