Supporting clients virtually across NC and in-person in Charlotte, NC.

I’m Rebekah, a licensed clinical social worker associate who believes that healing begins with feeling safe, seen, and understood. I specialize in helping you navigate life transitions, strengthen relationships, and regulate emotions through cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and a person-centered approach, supporting you in rediscovering your sense of grounding and self-trust.

I believe therapy should feel human, supportive, and real. Growth happens when you feel safe enough to be yourself, not when you feel judged or pressured. My goal is to create a space where you can slow down, breathe, and explore what’s really going on beneath the surface. I see therapy as a collaborative process: you bring your story, your strengths, and your insight, and I bring tools, perspective, and compassion to help you make sense of it all.

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy ballroom dancing and hosting friends and family.

You’ll vibe with Rebekah if…
You’re tired of overthinking everything, people-pleasing your way through life, and feeling like you’ve lost yourself somewhere along the way.

What you might be struggling with (but not saying out loud):
“I don’t even know what I need anymore.”
“I just want things to feel easier.”

What therapy with Rebekah feels like:
Down-to-earth, honest, and genuinely supportive. She’s the kind of therapist who meets you where you are—no pressure, no judgment, just real conversations that actually help you move forward.

Rebekah is especially helpful if you:

  • Struggle with anxiety or constant overthinking

  • Feel stuck in patterns in relationships

  • Want to feel more like yourself again
